Mayfield Association of Parents and Staff

All parents and staff at the school are automatically members of MAPS. We hope that you will support the many enjoyable activities organised by MAPS throughout the year. Some of these are purely social events, while others are to raise funds to provide additional facilities for your children at Mayfield.

There is an Annual General Meeting of MAPS in the Autumn term. We are always pleased to welcome volunteers to become members of the new committee at this event, and it is an excellent opportunity to meet other parents and find out about forthcoming events.

In the past MAPS has raised funds to provide computers, printers, a video recorder, playground and PE equipment, books, shelving, curtains, carpeting, musical instruments, heating for and alterations to the swimming pool, as well as contributing towards the development of the Conservation Area and the Junior Quiet Area.

Some equipment is available to hire from MAPS at very competitive rates, including a 'Bouncy Castle'. Please ask at the School Office.
